If you are a brand wanting to partner or share about your less toxic product with me, please reach out via email to: ALessToxicHome@gmail.com.

If you are an individual with questions, Please do not email. I unfortunately can not personally respond to all individual questions. I do my best to respond to all messages on Instagram. Before messaging on Instagram: please check my Instagram highlights, all of my Q&A’s, my instagram feed, and the content on this webpage to help answer your questions. I unfortunately can no longer answer individual product questions. Example: Is ______ a safe swap? For this question, use the Switch Natural App (It is a $20 one time purchase, and worth it) to vet your own products, or my ingredients post (really helpful post with ingredients lists for products & food). For food, the Trash Panda app is helpful (free), or my different food related swaps posts can help as well.

POV You watched The Plastic Detox … now what? We POV You watched The Plastic Detox … now what? We started creating a less toxic kitchen (and home) almost 9 years ago. It doesn’t happen overnight. Just start with one swap at a time. I would personally start by filtering water and not heating up food in plastic.

Comment DETOX for our lower-tox & plastic free kitchen swaps.
We’ve spent the last few weeks refreshing our fr We’ve spent the last few weeks refreshing our front entry and main living/hosting spaces. Some pieces are new, some rearranged, and a few we shopped from our barn.

This past year, our curb appeal and decorating were a few of the things we let go as life got heavy with my dad’s ALS battle + other life events. My dad left this world on May 17, and while I have been shattered, I also know he went to be with Jesus and is no longer suffering.

A home refresh gave me a much needed creative outlet, and it also felt like the right time to officially shift this account. Decorating has always been something I love, and something I got from my dad. For someone who works better on a deadline, our daughter’s engagement party gave me just that. See her sweet reaction to the party at the end 😭🤎.

I’ll be sharing more of each space over the next few weeks, as a few more items arrive and DIYs come together. I work hard to source intentionally with many lower tox and more natural material products 🤎.
Dad received his healing miracle when our Heavenly Dad received his healing miracle when our Heavenly Father brought him home and freed him from his earthly suffering. 🤍

For over a year, we prayed and believed for physical healing earth side. We asked Jesus, our Messiah, for healing and intercession, and came into agreement with the Holy Spirit for healing. We prayed, anointed, read God’s Word, watched what we spoke over him, and believed for a miracle.

I know miracles happen today and Jesus heals. But, in God’s perfect timing, He chose to bring dad into the direct presence of our Savior instead.

Dad had the peace to let go because he knew Jesus, Yeshua, our Messiah. In dad’s final weeks, God gave him a peace that surpassed all understanding. Even while his body was failing from ALS, dad had peace with where he was going. What a gift that is.

We saw so many blessings through the suffering. As painful as this is for us, dad has no more pain, no more suffering, and he is healed in a way we never can be earth side.

I pray everyone reading this comes to know the comfort and peace that only Jesus can give. If you don’t know Him yet, cry out to Him. Just start by saying His name. He hears you. He loves you. And He can meet you where you are.

Until that trumpet sounds and we are together again 🎺☁️

***Not always sure what is sharing too much, but it felt healing for me to share some of our raw moments from the day before dad passed. Grateful Ryan captured some of these. Jesus was near 🤎.
I’m not ready to say goodbye. But dad is ready. I’m not ready to say goodbye. But dad is ready. Our dear Heavenly Father has given him a peace that surpasses all understanding. Dad says it’s time to get off the ventilation soon, and say goodbye for now. I just keep crying, praying, and crying some more. He’s my best friend, my protector, my human version of Google, my kid’s papa, Lilly’s dad for half of her childhood, the best gardener & chicken breeder, Mr. Fix it all, and my safe space to land.

I know our God still does miracles. And I’m clinging to Jesus and still praying for that miracle this side of heaven. Could you please join us in prayer? Prayer for a physical healing miracle, for wisdom for all involved, direction, and for peace and comfort through it all. Thank you ❤️.
Hi friends 🤎! I’ve been off Instagram for 1.5 Hi friends 🤎! I’ve been off Instagram for 1.5+ years, but I’m back — slowly, in between caregiving and raising kiddos.

I love low tox living, but I’m shifting a bit — away from swaps and ingredients as the main focus and into sharing home decorating with lower tox materials, modest + clean family fashion, healthier food, life on our land, and more of our day-to-day, biblically rooted lifestyle 🤎.

This past year has been a lot, but we’ve seen so much of God’s goodness and grace in the midst of everything: health challenges, my dad being diagnosed with ALS, moving my parents in, learning to caregive, and home issues. We walked through a water damage event, mold remediation and rebuilds, accessibility updates, and just a month ago had to redo parts of our HVAC + attic, and a whole home particulate clean.

We’re finally settling back into the home (girls and I moved out during HVAC remediation), and I’m ready to have this space as a creative outlet again. If you’re still here—thank you 🤎

**Had these pics taken two years ago for a project I have not finished 🤎.
