Here are some of our fave lower-tox, and low plast Here are some of our fave lower-tox, and low plastic, counter top appliances for the kitchen!

🏡Comment LOW TOX for the sourcing. I have different price point options, including things like a $30 glass blender we used for years🤎.

🍿We love this cutie popcorn maker, but you can also make low tox popcorn in something more affordable! We used a lodge cast iron pan for years. Any pan with a lid can make stovetop popcorn!

Watch me declutter and organize our lower tox kitc Watch me declutter and organize our lower tox kitchen in 60 seconds 😅. Follow along as I go through our home room by room: decluttering / organizing, refreshing the decor, and sharing how we have created a lower-tox home in each space.

Currently on the kitchen 🤎.

🏡Comment SWAPS for our greenguard gold certified (lower VOC) bamboo drawer organizers & the other low-tox kitchen swaps seen throughout.

Another simple way to reduce plastic in the kitche Another simple way to reduce plastic in the kitchen is to swap out the inner plastic straws on popular stainless steel water bottles & tumblers. I rounded up the correct size stainless steel straws for several popular water bottle, tumbler, & kids cup brands.

🥤Comment STRAWS for the round up.

**Because someone will probably comment this: I know with some options this still leaves you drinking from plastic or silicone at the top, but it gets rid of the plastic that is sitting, and leaching, into your drink all day. A stainless steel straw is also more hygienic and less of a bacteria trap than plastic. Not about perfection, just about better 🤎.

Going room by room sharing how to:
🤎 Create a lower-tox home
🤎 Declutter & organize each space
🤎 Refresh the decor and make it feel more us & charming

After taking the last year+ away from creating content, I kept feeling like I needed to get my home more “put together” before I shared again. Not for appearances, but for my own sanity. I thrive in organized spaces, and this last year keeping our home together took a back seat, as it should have while we were caregivers to my dad 💔.

Then I realized this season of organizing and refreshing our home … can be the content! So I’m taking you along as we refresh our home, one room at a time. 🤎 First stop: The Kitchen

Some of the things we prayed for & dreamed of duri Some of the things we prayed for & dreamed of during our house build 3+ years ago. 🏡

A place to host and where others can stay when needed. Slow mornings. Kids riding horses and playing out back. Growing our own food (so far, just our eggs 🥚). More family togetherness through working from home and homeschooling. Thank You, Father for answered prayers and calling us here.
